The Conference Planning and Membership Services Committee provides information to non-participating members and encourages participation; maintains, updates and distributes a membership directory; assists the President and President-Elect in making hotel and meeting arrangements and in preparing and and distributing the conference registration and agenda materials; prepares and distributes a newsletter to members; and maintains and monitors the website.

The Audit, Enforcement and Licensing Committee is charged with scheduling, organizing and coordinating audits of storage facilities. This Committee also develops uniform forms for licensees and regulators, such as forms used in license, permit and registration filings in the various states and provinces.

The Policy, Law Review and Consumer Affairs Committee performs a continuous review of cemetery and other death care laws and regulations to identify areas where general uniformity among the various states and provinces would be of benefit to regulators and the industry, and develops uniform guidelines, laws and regulations. The Committee assures that interested consumer organizations, companies and individuals in the cemetery and other death care industries are contacted as advisable, for assistance, information, recommendations, and the opportunity to present written comments regarding the committee's activities and work product. This Committee considers issues of consumer concern and develops programs to educate consumers and train cemetery regulators.
