The North American Cemetery Regulators Association has developed and adopted a number of documents and forms, which we are pleased to post on our Association website for your use. The intent is to create meaningful, useful and frequently requested documents that:
- Incorporate best practices
- Serve as models or guidelines
- Can be easily modified to meet your specific needs.
Laws and regulations vary between jurisdictions. Please keep this in mind as you modify documents to meet your jurisdiction's needs. These documents are intended to be generic in nature.
The Association Committees develop forms and documents, which are then presented to the Association membership for adoption at the annual conference. Once adopted, forms and documents will be made available to any entity desiring to use them. This can:
- Reduce the need for legal services
- Prevent the user from re-inventing the wheel
- Enhance uniformity
- Fulfill the need for documents and forms based on sound business practices.
These forms and documents are provided as a continuing service of the North American Cemetery Regulators Association to regulators, regulated professions and the general public.
